| JEFFREY A. WEAVER was born in
Syracuse, New York. He graduated with honors from the University
of California, Santa Barbara in 1984 with a major in law and
society. He was awarded the honor of Most Outstanding Student
within his major in 1982 and received an academic scholarship
from the Santa Barbara Police Scholastic Fund. He received his
Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law
in 1987 and was admitted to the California Bar in the same year.
Mr. Weaver is a graduate of the International Association of
Defense Counsel Trial Academy and has served as a visiting deputy
district attorney in Ventura County. He has tried numerous jury
trials throughout the Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino,
and Ventura Counties.
Mr. Weaver serves as an arbitrator
for the Riverside County Superior Court and has hosted seminars
on tort litigation. His professional memberships include the
Desert Bar Association, Association of Southern California
Defense Counsel, International Association of Defense Counsel,
and Adjusters Association of Riverside and San Bernardino
Counties. He is also admitted to the United States Federal
District Court, Central District of California.
Mr. Weaver is a board of director
of the "Debbie Chisholm Memorial Foundation", a
non-profit charity which grants wishes to terminally ill children
throughout the Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. He is
also active in the Palm Springs Mentoring and Big Brothers
Programs.
