| WILLIAM J. ROHR was born in
San Diego, California. After completing his undergraduate studies
and following a career in major league baseball, he obtained
his J.D. Degree at Western State University in 1976.
In December of 1976, Mr. Rohr was
admitted to the State Bar of California. He is also admitted
to practice before the United States District Court, Central
District of California and before the United States Court
of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Rohr is a member of the Association
of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Desert Bar
Association.
Mr. Rohr has tried numerous jury
cases to verdict, and has handled numerous arbitrations. He
has also served as an arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem for the
Superior Courts of Orange and Riverside County.
His areas of practice encompass medical
malpractice and all types of personal injury defense, including
professional negligence, product liability, wrongful termination,
employment litigation, premises liability, automobile accidents,
and aviation accident litigation.
Mr. Rohr has also tried cases
involving claims of breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation,
and bad faith. He has handled numerous litigation matters
involving environmental claims and construction defect claims,
as well as insurance coverage questions for carriers in all
areas.
